1 - BELIEVE
Believe.
To have certainty about the existence of something that cannot be seen or touched. Belief requires no proof; its foundation is conviction.
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.” John 14:1
To believe is to see the invisible. To believe is your decision.
Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29
Belief is based on the invisible, because what you believe in belongs to another world, to the kingdom of God, for which you have no reference point here on earth.
Belief is a spiritual battle, a victory over doubt. Doubt is the opposite of faith. It is not being sure of what to believe or think about God. Therefore, it is not being sure of His promises, of His word. It is not feeling certain about a decision or what to do in certain moments. DECIDE TO BELIEVE.
